The breakfast was good, and there were a lot of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel is located in a great location, it is easy to walk to nearby attractions. the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean.
The price for the hotel was quite expensive. the hotel could have provided more amenities such as a pool or a gym.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Luciana in the mornings. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including 14 different cakes on one day. The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant smell. The bed was comfortable.

This hotel is excellently located, only a short walk from the downtown area. the lovely view of the city from the room is breathtaking. the service is friendly and breakfast is delicious with an ample selection of tasty treats. the comfortable bed and immaculately clean bathroom further enhance the experience.
The lobby area could use a bit of an update to match the beauty of the rest of the hotel.

My Christmas at this hotel was wonderful! Two things that stood out were the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. the breakfast had a variety of tasty options, from sweet to savory. The location was also fantastic, with many local attractions within a short walking distance. And something that I really appreciated was the friendliness of the staff, who were always willing to help with anything we needed.
There really weren't any significant negative aspects to our stay. The only thing I can think of is that the hotel didn't have a gym, which might be a downside for some people.
